Which Way to Go?

INSIDE Bear magazine has been up and running since November 2001 - with it's actual published magazine a few months before that. You guys are what makes this site possible and definately worthwhile.

We've been tinkering with the idea of making this a pay site, but we really do not want that, as we rely solely on your donations (thank you soooo much truly). Without member contributions, INSIDE Bear.com would not exist...

This posting is not about money, it's about, well, which direction should we go?

I personally have been kinda unmotivated in this site lately mainly because when I look at it, I don't see much news, and hardly any forum posts. There are a lot of members on here, and I just assume you chat privately amongst yourselves, which I think is great! I've met a few good friends through here and I can only wish you guys meet and make more good friends.

As far as what this site will NOT do; we will not make this a porn site, nudity will not be allowed - if you are looking for nudity, try our brother site: www.bearultimate.com, we will not make you pay (if this turns into a paysite, it will not be to pay for what you already do for free here now) to meet people, and we will not turn this into those other sites that are only open every other day...

What we want to know, from you guys, is what would you like to see happen with insidebear.com ? The other question is, what will YOU do to make help that happen?

For example, some people like a forum-type site, well, why not post something in our forums section? Other people like the galleries and chatting, why not post your images?

As far as I'm concerned, I truly do not participate as much as I should mainly because I focus mainly on the back-end of things on here, making sure the site runs smoothly, getting rid of spammers, and fixing possible errors as well as updating/upgrading the site, that still doesn't count as a good excuse even for me to not participate more.

Ideally, I'd love to see this site and it's members have more interaction with each other, whether it's by email/pm's, or actual modules within this site, such as the forums, galleries, recipes, etc...

What do you guys think?
